Our gear is in perfect working order. We do not offer a warranty but if something is not working when you receive it, please contact us immediately.

Whenever possible, we include everything the item would have normally come with: hoods, tripod collars, battery, chargers, bulbs, boxes etc.

Just like when gear is rented, we clean and test every piece before it is shipped it to you.

Remember all shipping is an estimate. We will be glad to send you options on shipping to help keep your costs down.

We try to return all phone calls and email received between the hours of 9am and 5pm EST (Monday to Friday) within the same business day.

*Please note, all of our used gear was originally purchased as a US warrantied product. We do not carry Import models, as they do not require the same level of quality specifications.
